Welcome to Bluume (“Bluume,” “Bluume’s,” “Bluume”). By using Bluume’s website, bluume.coffee (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Fulfillment
Bluume partners with independent roasters who fulfill and ship orders directly.
If you order from multiple roasters, items will arrive separately and at different times.
Processing and shipping times vary by roaster, and tracking may not be available in the early stages of Bluume’s store.
We do not handle shipping but will assist in resolving any issues related to lost or delayed shipments.
2. Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a roaster has not begun processing the order, Bluume will attempt to cancel it.
If the order is already being roasted, packaged, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy
We offer refunds for dissatisfaction with your coffee.
No returns or exchanges are accepted, as Bluume does not resell opened coffee.
If there is an issue with your order, Bluume are happy to provide a replacement when necessary.
4. Shipping Issues
Since roasters handle fulfillment, shipping times vary.
If your package is missing, please allow 7 business days before reporting it.
Any shipping-related concerns must be reported within 30 days of the order date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bluume is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by third-party roasters or shipping carriers.
We facilitate communication and resolution but do not guarantee refunds or replacements beyond Bluume’s stated policies.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
